Quotations

Quotations issued by a Rock 'n Stone representative are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Stock inclusions do not ensure immediate stock availability.

Orders

On confirmation of your order, Rock 'n Stone require a minimum of 30% deposit for all standard product lines.
On receipt of said deposit your order will be processed.
Payment in full is required prior to release and/or delivery of goods.

If stock is available, and client wishes Rock 'n Stone to postpone delivery for a specified future date, payment in full at the time of order is required.

Unavailable stock will be recorded as a 'back order’ item, with a lead time of 8-10 weeks prior to delivery, or sooner.

Note: Although Rock 'n Stone endeavour to advise realistic lead times for imported stock, we are unable to foresee production or shipping delays.

Special Orders / Custom Orders

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all special / custom orders. A custom order is any product that we deem not to be in our standard product range.

Delivery

Delivery charges quoted are to kerbside only.
The risk in all goods supplied by Rock 'n Stone shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
The customer is solely responsible for acceptance of the orders and shall raise no claims for loss or damage to orders where same are, by arrangement, delivered to and left at unattended sites.

Property:

All goods remain the property of Rock 'n Stone until paid in full.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. No returns will be accepted once goods have been opened or laid.
Accepted stock returns will be assessed on an individual basis and must be made within 7 days from date of purchase. An administration charge of 15% will apply to stock returns.
Refunds issued by way of a credit note are valid for 90 days from date of issue.
Non-standard specially ordered goods or special size goods cannot be exchanged. Deposit monies paid on Sales Orders are non-refundable.

American Express will incur a 3.5% surcharge
Cheques given by the purchaser will not be deemed to be payment until cleared.

Limitation of Liability

Rock 'n Stone provides no warranty, condition, description or representation in relation to goods supplied, expressly or implied.

Natural Variations

Rock 'n Stone has a unique and extensive range of natural stone products. All natural stone products are prone to variations in colour and texture. Samples provided are to be seen as a guide only.

Laying Guidelines

Rock 'n Stone endorse a variety of laying, cleaning and sealing assisted products. These are available from our store. Rock 'n Stone assumes no responsibility for the performance of these products nor for any other products used when laying and sealing a Rock n Stone product.
